Human error behind the wheel cannot always be avoided – especially for those for whom driving is part of their job. Therefore, complete all-around visibility is essential. The ProViu®360 Surround View system uses four cameras to create a seamless bird's-eye view, that helps prevent such avoidable incidents. This gives drivers a 360° view, minimizing blind spots and revealing people and objects that mirrors cannot detect. Various single, surround, and dynamic 3D views, all controllable via touch, significantly simplify maneuvering.

Additional features
Pedestrian Detection
This optional function detects people in the vicinity of a vehicle or machine and warns the driver or operator. This means that collisions can be prevented, even in particularly busy environments, such as on a construction site.
Clean Camera
With the optional clean camera function, the system monitors itself and indicates when a camera is dirty or does not have a clear view – ensuring reliability at all times.
Transparent Chassis
In the case of particularly expansive vehicles, the Transparent Chassis sends the images of the area in front of the vehicle taken by the front camera to the control unit, which displays the images instead of the vehicle depending on the steering angle and speed, thus enabling a view virtually through the vehicle.
Sensor Fusion
By merging different technologies, larger distances and areas on and around the vehicle can be monitored. Radar sensors can be used to make turning situations safer, and ultrasonic sensors on the vehicle make parking and maneuvering even easier in order to reduce damage and accidents. Merging the video stream and sensor feedback on one HMI reduces the efforts of observation and operation for the driver.
